RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Under GENERAL TERMS OF PLATFORM FOR ONLINE TRADING ARENATA.com and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of the date you received the goods.

2. If you wish to return goods, please use the menu claims to your profile or contact us via the contact form or email: [email protected].

3. Send us your email address, order number, and why you want to return one or more products.

4. Wright after we receive the inquiry, we will confirm on your email or by telephone and will send a courier to take the products.

5. Once we receive the products, we will check whether they match the original condition and the type in which they were sold.

 6. If you want to replace one or more products, please make a new order with the products you want and we will get back to you.

7. If you wish to refund, we will send a courier to pay you the value of the returned products. The deadline for refunding to you is no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to return the products.

8. If the claim is due to unspecified product defects, inconsistency with advertised sizes, or inconsistency with the trademark, courier charges are at our expense.

9. In all other cases, we will charge from the amount of returned goods 2 courier taxes.
